On My Dot Terms of Service

Last Updated: March 2026

By accessing this website or purchasing photographs from the On My Dot store, you agree to the following terms. On My Dot is a media project dedicated to documenting the marching arts, including marching band, drum and bugle corps, winter guard, and percussion activities. All photographs and media displayed on this website are the intellectual property of On My Dot unless otherwise noted. Purchasing or downloading an image grants a license for personal, non-commercial use only and does not transfer copyright ownership. Copyright of all images remains with On My Dot.

Licensed images may be used for personal purposes such as sharing on personal social media accounts, printing for personal display, or sharing with family and friends. Images may not be sold, redistributed, licensed, submitted to contests or publications, or used for commercial or promotional purposes without written permission from On My Dot. Organizations, schools, media outlets, or brands wishing to use images for promotional or marketing purposes must request permission prior to use.

When images are shared publicly, credit to On My Dot is appreciated and encouraged. In some cases, images may be made available for free public use with credit; when this applies, it will be clearly stated within the gallery or post. Even when shared freely, images may not be used for commercial purposes without permission.

On My Dot strives to document as many performers and moments as possible during events; however, coverage of specific performers, programs, or performances is not guaranteed. The nature of live events—including lighting, timing, field positioning, and other variables—may affect the number and quality of images captured.

All digital image purchases are final. If a purchased file cannot be downloaded or is corrupted, On My Dot will provide a replacement file upon request. If print products are offered through the store, replacement may be available in the case of manufacturing defects.

Content on this website, including photographs, written material, branding, and design elements, may not be copied, reproduced, or republished without permission from On My Dot. On My Dot reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time, and continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.

For licensing inquiries, media requests, or questions regarding these terms, please contact On My Dot through the website’s contact page.
